Olympic Distance Training.
Whether you are just starting out in triathlon or you are a seasoned pro
looking to get an edge over the competition or last season's results,
training sessions in the alps have something to offer everyone. This year we
will also be running a race week so that guests can train for a couple of
days before competing in the Lake Annecy Olympic distance triathlon.
During a training week or weekend swimming sessions will
be taken in our local lake and down at a nearby swimming pool complex.
Cycle sessions will involve a mixture of Tour de France
style climbs to build stamina and endurance, rides along the valley floors
for speed and flat work and and local time trials to build all out power.
Runs will take you through the local woods on tracks and
trails and can push you on hills or remain relatively flat.
When clients book we try to get an idea of everyone in a
group's training needs so we can make the training as beneficial as possible
for everyone.
Because of our use of a back up vehicle for our rides
clients can work at their own pace on many sections of our routes. The van
can then be used as a meeting and refreshment point on the way before
regrouping and continuing.
